Servant Leadership 

One of the purposes of this assignment is to network and therefore, you should interview someone you do not know or do not know well. This is an opportunity to meet someone or to make a connection with someone who is an acquaintance only. In your interview, you should gain a greater understanding of servant leadership and how s/he views leadership. You are encouraged to formulate your questions in advance to provide a framework for the interview. You should not “quiz” the person on the qualities of servant leadership we have learned about. Rather, it should be an open discussion that will probably not fit neatly into the framework from class. You should get their opinion and then analyze it according to how it fits (or does not fit) with class content.
